Morgan Wade, CIT PSA Coordinator / Flex Counselor
Morgan was born and raised in Watson, Louisiana by her loving grandparents. At a young age, she knew that she had a passion for counseling and helping others. While in her freshmen year of college as a Psychology major, Morgan found herself diving deeper into her addiction to which she recovered from on March 16, 2020. After a year of sobriety, Morgan began working in the substance abuse field and is now credentialed as a C.I.T. with ambitions of continuing to further her education in mental health and substance abuse counseling. Morgan prides herself on having an open mind and making her space a safe and judgement-free zone. In her spare time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her 1 year old daughter, sharing her experience, strength, and hope with women in recovery, venturing out to music venues, and watching a good horror movie.
