Chantel Wiley is dual board-certified as a family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over eight years of experience. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees at Southern University and A&M College. Her Post-Masters degree was obtained from Herzing University. She has worked in urgent care, primary care, and in various inpatient and outpatient settings in Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas. She has a true passion for helping individuals feel better and reach their full potential.
