The Grove Techs are key to our treatment center, as they are on the ground working directly with our clients to assure compliance as well as supervising their behaviors. The Techs are vital to our operation as they may be the very ones that can reach the clients. The majority of our techs are also former clients, making them very relatable to the clients.
