Mike Brandell IOP Tech/ Driver

Mike  was originally born in Lansing, MI. He grew up a few years in Algiers, LA, on the West Bank of New Orleans. He is the youngest of three. 

Mike earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul/Minneapolis, MN. 

He completed residential treatment @ the Henry Ford Addiction Recovery Center in Jackson, MI. And completed a 1 Year faith based sober living program at Restoring Purpose Ministries (RPM), here in Baton Rouge, before he started working for The Grove.

Mike started providing transportation, for some of the clients @ RPM, and it lead him into working in the substance use/abuse field at this time. He now has worked for The Grove for about a year and a half.

Mike enjoys helping the clients understand that this is a journey, not a destination. And that this may be one of the toughest journeys in their life. However, no risk. No reward!
