The Grove Recovery Center is super proud to announce our September 2022 Employee of the Month. 🙌
John Habarta, better known to his Grove family as “Red”, has exhibited what it takes to be recognized as the employee of the month. Beginning his journey with The Grove as a tech, Red showed enthusiasm and passion for helping others and carrying the message to our clients that it is possible to change your life. He quickly was noticed as a leader and promoted to one of our leading Recovery Advocates.
When opportunity came knocking for a promotion, Red was automatically considered to join of AMA team, being a calm voice of reason when a client is contemplating leaving Against Medical Advice. Red easily relates with the clients, being able to talk them off of the ledge, as he humbly remembers what is was like to have the desire to run from facing yourself.
