The Grove’s Ascension campus recognized International Overdose Awareness Day this weekend. The Grove’s Activity Director along with Recovery Advocates orchestrated a balloon release with the female clients in residential treatment to help bring awareness and remembrance to those that have lost their lives to overdose. In turn, the event brought unity to the ladies, bringing them together with focus on a common purpose, to get clean, stay clean and change their lives. Here’s a few pictures of the event:
