And we’re back……
Family day has arrived once again. We encourage and promote family involvement here at the Grove and believe that in healing the addict the family can begin to heal as well. With the holidays approaching those dreaded memories of ruined dinners and parties resurface. Well let us help with the healing process. On December 6th we will host our monthly family day and dinner. We encourage all family of our clients to attend from phase one to phase three. We begin the day with education on the disease concept of addiction presented by Michael Oakley, followed by “exploring family roles” presented by Guest speaker Greg Greer. Our afternoon will be filled with process groups lead by the Grove’s excellent counseling staff.
Our family dinner will begin at 5:30pm, where we will open the doors to the public to celebrate, fellowship and recovery. Details as followed:
Family day arrival 9:00am
Lunch 12:30pm
Process Group 1:30pm
Family Dinner (open to the Public) 5:30pm to 8:00pm
