Eleanor “Ellie” Parrish, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, is a native of West Baton Rouge Parish. She attended Southeastern Louisiana State University for her undergraduate Nursing degree and Post Master of Science in Nursing in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).  She received her Master of Science in Nursing in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) through Alcorn State University.  She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (AANC) as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She has provided services in Long-term Inpatient Senior Community facilities, Minimum-security correctional facilities, Acute Inpatient Psychiatric facilities, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Long-term civil/forensic Inpatient facilities in the private and public sectors.  She continues to excel with providing psychiatric services for The Grove Recovery Center at the Ascension and Baton Rouge campuses.
